At Mikalexis, we believe that learning a language shouldn't require surrendering your personal data. Our privacy philosophy is simple: we want to help you talk to people, not track you.
Mikalexis is designed to be as "stateless" as possible. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number within the app experience.
To provide a better experience, Mikalexis may use "Local Storage" on your device. This is used exclusively to remember your preferences, such as which language pack you were last viewing or your theme settings (Light/Dark mode). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We use standard web hosting to deliver the app to your browser. While we do not use invasive tracking pixels, our hosting provider may log basic technical information (such as IP addresses) for security and performance monitoring, as is standard for almost all websites.
Mikalexis utilizes the Web Speech API for audio playback. Depending on your browser and device, this processing may happen locally or may be processed by your browser provider (like Google or Apple). We do not record or store your voice.
